    Kinda interesting coincidence I recently asked a couple of people in our field who had long and successful agency careers. I asked them if they would do anything different if they could go back and they both said that they would have started working on developing their own web properties and customer base sooner - in other words investing in themselves.

    It doesn't look like it is gonna be easy tho.

    I think that certain things will be definite force multipliers. (Networking, Talent, Focus, Keeping and Eye on Big Picture)
